This hotel struck a fantastic balance between convenience and comfort. The family room was spacious enough for four, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. Plus, the location is just perfect—close to shopping yet peaceful. Don’t miss out on the scrumptious buffet breakfast for a great start to your day!

Had a solid stay, but the air con was old and could barely keep up in the heat. Good breakfast though, heaps of choices!

Comfortable room, friendly staff, the breakfast buffet was a delightful start to the day with various choices including fresh eggs and bakery items, and the free parking convenience made our stay even more enjoyable.

The room was spacious, though the carpet felt musty underfoot.

we absolutely loved our stay! the superior room with queen and single bed was super comfy, and the kids loved the pool. we enjoyed the buffet breakfast by the pool area, it was delicious! the staff were friendly and helpful, and the views of the beach were just amazing. parking right outside our room was a huge plus for our family.

the bathroom door was a little noisy and the layout could use a rethink. The wi-fi was spotty at times.

i’ve stayed here before and this time was even better. the buffet breakfast offered freshly cooked eggs to order, which i really enjoyed. the staff was helpful and the swimming pool made for a nice way to unwind after a day of exploring.

The room was spacious and had easy access to the dining area, which I really liked. I spent some relaxing time by the outdoor swimming pool and enjoyed the sun terrace for a nice chill. One small hiccup was that the Wi-Fi could be a bit spotty at times. ☀️

modern reception but room needs improvement

The reception area was inviting with its modern and bright decor. Staff were attentive and provided warm welcomes. I particularly enjoyed the stunning garden view from my room, adding a tranquil touch to my stay.

The overall experience was affected by the outdated air conditioning unit in the room.

This place was just an appropriate option for a hurried visit in Newcastle with fantastic value. The dinner menu had a good selection and was fresh and plentiful, which I really appreciated. Make sure to check out the breakfast buffet. it’s worth it!

The family room offers ample space, accommodating comfortably even with a portacot set up. The buffet breakfast impresses with fluffy pancakes and waffles that don't resemble hockey pucks, making for a tasty start to the day.

The bathroom's sliding door is a bit noisy, requiring careful handling to avoid waking anyone up. The water pressure in one room fluctuated, making showers less enjoyable—definitely less than ideal but an occasional hiccup. Plus, the carpet looks worn, which could use a refresh for that extra touch of comfort.
